Get some turned if you're close to a lathe.

Split bearings or as I'd know them , glacier bearings but your sizes are a bit out, 20id would normally be 23 od, or 23id x 25od then your width's after that, 12mm could be tricky, 10, 15, 20 and so on normally for off the shelf stuff at least.
Are you tied to sizes or can you compensate.

Have bought some rowcrops that have come off a Massey and want to put on a NH. They have 24/25mm holes and NH are 19.5
