Finished our spray store just before harvest and it has a steel personel door with Hooply lock and door handle. I wish to swap the lock for one with a combination so that the chem suppliers can gain access without a key. anyone else done this and where can you get the parts?

Cheers

TBH Mark, I would not let anybody else have the combination, unless there was another lock on the door. There are too many 'inside jobs'. Our spray store, workshop and diesel tanks are all locked with a key, and that is the way it is going to stay. We never leave a key hidden either.

Thinking of fitting one of these to the gate on our campsite next year, not cheap but would do your job.

The doors we have fitted with combination locks are just fitted to the door above the handle, it does mean disconnecting the top locking bolts though.

Last door we got we ordered it to come with the lock already fitted, it's a much neater job.
