orderd some 7x4ub last week all cut to lenghth+ cutting charge worked out around £1500/ton. i priced the same job up about 4/5weeks ago it was £1700/ton
its heading down then ,

i have to say i cant see the general economy booming like it is when everyone realises their spending all their money on heating and food, sure it will fair cool off then as demand cools.

just ordered some 203x133 & some 254x146, shot blasted and painted, cut to size
8 ton in total, £1610 a ton,
the steel salesman say he thinks it wouldn't come down this year, if anything it will go up.
If ye need it, ye need it :arghh:
