We put up a 90x50 painted frame in 2016. Complete shed with stone floor 35k. Pricing a 120x50 just now about 48k frame and roof.Roughly how much will a 90 x 40 x 15ft frame have gone up in the last couple of years?

its heading down then ,orderd some 7x4ub last week all cut to lenghth+ cutting charge worked out around £1500/ton. i priced the same job up about 4/5weeks ago it was £1700/ton
Yes since July 2020 it’s 3x the price, went up a lot later that year and kept going. Quoting for work has been a challenge over the past 18 months to say the least.More than double , steel £ 490 a ton July 20 and now £1340 per ton today and due another £80 , most people paying 1450 to 1500 at moment
Going bust? Are the big shed manufacturers doing anything at these prices?
One up here flat out 100 men and looking for more apparently , buildimg new workshops for themselves absolutely massive. Are the big shed manufacturers doing anything at these prices?
