Steel walkway

As part of my nice new dairy set up i had several rooms made with drains in the middle so that i could wash them out easily.

Sadly one of the floors was not laid with the care and attention it should have been.

It is a linking room so is in constant use and the vac pump, compressor and chems are in this room.

I am going to have to dig up the floor and start again (not under pumps n stuff) but a fair proportion of the room. I'm really grumpy about this as it I have to deal with the consequences daily..

So i was thinking to dig up what i can and put a grating floor instead. This will catch all the cow muck and stuff trafficked across it and enable me to wash the deposits away- especially if the grating sits a few inches above a properly drained solid flooring.

I was thinking galv steel walkway with frames- or a grp product..

Anyone got any recommendations or suggestions as to how i should go about this- or where to find the mesh with frames? I can find the mesh easily enough but its the important frames and connectors that i cannot locate.

TIA

A mezzanine dealer would have the kits but if the floor is just rough finish a concrete floor grinder would be the cheapest and quickest option than ripping it up had a shed floor done in no time with a push along one from a hire shop

Scrabbler and a good latex? Failing that break out and concrete to falls. Often doing smaller areas or using screed rail/combi form eases concrete pour.

I fear the suspended entire steel floor will only trap dirt and house vermin in years to come.
