Steels and rebar

Looking to shutter a new silage clamp. Thinking I'll pour the walls a foot wide with rebar drilled through the steels every foot and a single layer of mesh tied onto that. What spec steels and mesh will I need? Presume A393 mesh but unsure of what thickness bar and steels.

Thanks

How high is the wall?

You don't need bars every foot. Every four foot will be ok. 22mm bars
