It is. Haven’t tried that. 20 series. Thanks will try next time I’m in it.Is it a Deere, dose it go away for a few seconds if you tap the brakes?
This is what I haveHad this years back on a 6920s, had a sticking valve iirc
Louder when press on brakes. It’s a bit intermittent though but I can’t find anything that stops or starts it, except goes quiet when you are moving wheel. Is it a Deere, dose it go away for a few seconds if you tap the brakes?
Needs pressure testing really to make sure nothing is stuck, however you could try swapping the priority valve from one of your other tractors and see if it moves the fault. It’s the valve right on top of the back end, it’s under a T piece that has a rubber hose coming out the top and a metal pipe that goes to the trailer brake valve.Louder when press on brakes. Only other slightly odd things about this tractor are that the hydraulics pulse slightly (not as big as a judder) when weight is on and it sounds like it’s in 4wd on the road when it definitely isn’t. Just in case any of these things are related.Needs pressure testing really to make sure nothing is stuck, however you could try swapping the priority valve from one of your other tractors and see if it moves the fault. Just remember cleanliness is next to godliness when it come to hydraulic valves! Take note of which way up it came out also, you don’t need to swap the spring that’s under it but some valves do have a shim sits inside the bottom half Between the valve and the spring. The shim is usually still inside the valve when you pull it out though.
