According to what Paul Caldwell (Chief Exec. of the RPA) told the Parliament Select Committee, 'That all CSS and Environmental Schemes money from 2015 to 2018 will be paid by the end of July'

Pretty clear to me, that they've made things so internally complicated that no one actually does the job of operating / paying the scheme!!
And Coldwell could not give a single s##t so long as he can keep spinning and taking home a nice wage for basically mis-administration of his dept. Was not at all convincing when he was asked if all payments would be made by end of July "...he should do...if not we'll be in touch"

Today had email requesting copys of organic cert paperwork and feild scheduals, fair enough other than Natural England requested in May 18 and july 18 same stuff twice and had confirmation of receipt!not much faith in being paid in next 15days

@Guy Smith just had a phone call today regarding my capital claim - after much chasing the office people seem to have put it all together for approval, but he phoned to tell me that there was a problem with the RPA payment system and he couldn't sent it for final checking as the system wouldn't let him. Apparently they have been promising to fix it for a week or so but no joy yet... Doesn't bode well for the revenue payments if they are on the same system....
Someone on here must know someone on the 'inside' at the RPA who can tell us what's going on because honesty seems in short supply and all the NFU seems to do is relay the bulls#it spewed out by the RPA. Now farmerswife says they're saying the payment systems gone tech - I can't believe these RPA folk get paid, you couldn't make it up!
perhaps their salaries should be put on hold till they have paid us what is owed...seems fair to me

One of our ex liveries worked at the DWP as it’s known now , they all went on strike on a week day but were offered double pay to come in on the Saturday to process the ‘customers’ claims .

I spoke to RPA on Monday who said our claim was still being processed , we’ve been paid this morning . Big relief .
