Sweet FA & the RPA after 2 weeks still no formal reply to a well worded email reminder i sent them
I wonder if i can technically end my HLS seeing there no playing ball then why should we ???
I am loathe to do this of course but come on we signed up to do our bit but they can do as they please?

Apparently if you do bail out, you will have to pay back ALL the monies received. The Contract is a purely one-sided affair

Pretty crap really and another reason why unless we see some major changes in the CS schemes and how they are run, I will be saying goodbye after 24 years...! :( From chatting with a non NE adviser recently, they are having an awful uptake now...

i knew there was a non get out clause, so like the inland revenue they basically can do what they want n when they want.

Bridging payment here about 25% of 2018 Mid tier payment, Hope there is more to come:(

I contacted them and they said they pay 75% of the claim they agree with so if they feel there is an issue with your claim your payment will be reduced and you receive 75% of the reduced figure. I asked them why they didn’t pay 100% if they were saying in effect money is only paid for the part of the claim they agree with but they couldn’t say. NFU should be jumping on this more.

Quitting the scheme and paying back the money in my case wouldn’t be an issue since I’ve had next to nothing but I’d never see the £££s I’ve lost to date plus this years lost production so I’ll have to hang in there and hopefully the money will come through before I go bankrupt! Frankly would have given it a miss if I’d known it was going to be like this.
