Sweet FA & the RPA after 2 weeks still no formal reply to a well worded email reminder i sent them
I wonder if i can technically end my HLS seeing there no playing ball then why should we ???

ive still got 3.5years left yet. this next ELMS carryon looks to be poss more involved but i fear we will have little choice not to be in it, as the subs get less n less, i'll bet the rents dont fail tho
Bridging payment here about 25% of 2018 Mid tier payment, Hope there is more to come
I contacted them and they said they pay 75% of the claim they agree with so if they feel there is an issue with your claim your payment will be reduced and you receive 75% of the reduced figure. I asked them why they didn’t pay 100% if they were saying in effect money is only paid for the part of the claim they agree with but they couldn’t say. NFU should be jumping on this more.
Quitting the scheme and paying back the money in my case wouldn’t be an issue since I’ve had next to nothing but I’d never see the £££s I’ve lost to date plus this years lost production so I’ll have to hang in there and hopefully the money will come through before I go bankrupt!
