Still no money for 2016

I am sure we are not on our own but we haven't received any money from the Rpa. We had an inspection late June and have corrected the only mapping issue I could find. So any tips/ ideas to push things along or at the very least get an idea of when we will get paid?

Nothing here and having had 'help' from the NFU and the local MP which has got no where I guess we are just waiting. We've been told all that is holding ours up is one field that's been joined to our neighbours along a 100 m boundary. So all the mapping dept need to do is draw one straight line 100 m long but it's taking them a long time.
If you've got nothing by end of march you will get 75% pre payment but this won't be released until then so won't hit account until 2/3/4 April.

At least it will be something to help the hole the rent cheque will make, both my neighbour and I still await payment :banghead:

In your situation it will be very unlikely that you will get 75% of your full claim value.

You will get 75% of the claim area that they have no queries on but they will deduct the field in question and then more acreage to cover any deductions. you are prob best advised on getting 50/60% of your total claim value.

Thousands of farmers are still waiting to get any payment for 2016, I really cannot believe that they have paid 95% of claims, also should be noted that they haven't started to correct any mistakes they have made on 2016 payments ( ie taking money off when they shouldn't have )

Only way to push forward a payment if your back is really against the wall is contacting the FCN.

No surprise about the OP's comments about the NFU or their MP being no help as that is a very common story all over the place.

Very similar situation here. Spoke to mapping this week and they have 'technical' issues.
Our RLE1 from last year now can't be done unless we use 1/1/17 amend date. When I asked how would that effect inspection and report still waited for, they thought it would have no bearing. Haven't received that in writing yet!!

I had a missing field which I emailed about and had a phone call that day and it was put right (although they had managed to lose the field in the first place) so someone is working in mapping!

Having been on claim validation since the year dot, at least it feels that way!, Looked this morning and have moved on to final checking. Had inspection report come last week, but it did not make a lot of sense. So fingers crossed, though I am sure they will take some money off for the changes in field sizes for about 0.003 of a Ha!

Nothing here yet, remote inspection is now the reason we've been told informally. Must be about a month ago a case worker was going to ring us straight back when they got off another line to give us more info. Still loads around Devon not paid.

I had inspection last year all was fine but still didn't get paid until June. This year it seems I have been picked at random for a remote inspection!! No money as yet, several phone calls but no one can tell me anything at all about my case. They promise to ring back but don't. All they say is that they have until June to pay out.

Have I heard correctly, that those of us who have not been paid for 2016 BPS will receive a percentage of our payment next week and the final balance before June, or is that just a dream.
We were checked over for map correction about 5 weeks ago and all was okay apart from remapping a patch of paddock where implements are parked that I had not claimed on so my claim was correct. The area is now classed as yard & buildings.
Website still says claim validation but I thought I would have been paid by now with my claim being correct. Has anyone else been in the same situation and how long did they have to wait after the inspection for their payment?

Don't know as we ain't be paid either , look on the bright side , at least there should be a few deals to be had later on with the money as all those who have had it either used for overdraft purposes all have already spent it !!

Still not paid here but going through this now, had some guy here all week with gps measuring every field, woods, hedgerows, tracks and yards etc, not finished so back again next week as well, something makes me feel I won't be paid any time soon.

Rumour now going around that many farmers wont even get the bridging loan by the end of the Month as promised.

You need to ask him which year this inspection relates as doesn't the BPS year run from 1 Jan to 31 Dec? and if this is the case then this inspection shouldn't affect/ delay your 2016 claim.
