Stock My Shed

Looking for some advice from the cattlemen on here.

I have an 18m x 10m shed, divided in to three 6m pens. Stone floor, straw bedding. Fairly low monopitch roof. Open fronted down the long side.

How many medium-sized suckler cows or suckled calves (or combination of) would reasonably fit? Fodder would probably need to be in ring feeders. Had a look at the Red Tractor guidelines but they seem rather snug to me!

TIA

If you’re feeding in ring feeders inside you’re cutting down room...better feeding more along the barrier
I know but the ground falls away from the front of the shed and that's where the gates are, apart from a sheeted gate at one end.

Actually, just had another look at the RT standards again. I was looking at bedded area, the total area is more reasonable at just under 6m2/500kg cow which would accommodate 30 cows in my wee shed or 45 decent sized calves, which seems more reasonable?

I would say it would house 30 cows comfortably
