Need to get a Ryegrass catch crop sown into spring oats. Think it is going to be too wet for tractor and grass broadcaster so might spin it on with the quad and slug pelleter.

Has anyone got any settings for a Fanjet sowing 5kg/ac ( 12.5kg/ ha)
Thanks

It’s pot luck in my experience.. grass seeds just don’t flow through that well. We have one on grass harrows, spreads 5m ish. Calibration is all over the place though and usually end up doing fields twice.

Found another thread saying the same. Think i will try to use my accord based seeder on the tractor.

Normally seed and roll at same time but surface is too damp for rolling now. Didn't do it a couple of weeks ago cause it was too dry.
