Yes they really are pointless phone calls. I rarely buy off them as Google 90% of the time comes up with a cheaper option.

I buy brushes from them for bucket brushes on loadall maybe 5/6 sets a year perhaps could buy cheaper but they always in stock and deliver next day so can not fault them

I use them for wearing parts & workshop stuff like paper towel, brushes etc. I use APM more as they are local & the stuff is frequently from the same suppliers anyway. The discounts are higher from 01522 but then the retail prices are higher to start with so they work out the same as one another in the long run.

That 01522 No rang me one day about electric fence rope - £32/200m , I didn't bother . Rang again 10 days later - 'special offer ' of £19/20m . I'd bought some elsewhere by then .
