I currently store all my AB lines and boundries on gatekeeper and can transfer to different machines from there.
I am moving away from gatekeeper now so am looking for another solution to do this.
Any ideas? TIA

@ajd132 Did you find a cost effective solution to this. I'm looking at moving away from Gatekeeper but I need a way of moving AB lines and boundaries between machines. Really would prefer to do it myself rather than needing a 3rd party to do it for me too

I havnt really looked into it properly yet to be honest. The simplest way is to make a print out of all the co ordinates and just Input them as you go but that is abit of a pain

probably of no use to you but my John Deere is awesome. And it’s free. You can record products and pcs numbers and everything. I can see them trying to turn it into a complete farm management/agronomist/financial management package. I wonder will it continue to be free?

myjohndeere already has a subscription service for more advanced functions, think it's around €150/yr.

Oh, what are those functions?
It was explained to me in great detail a couple of years ago by a John Deere UK type, I'm damned if I can remember though because I zone out when I hear the words "annual small fee subscription" in any order in the same sentence. I was enquiring about storing products, application rates and maps and being able to email same directly to customers so something along those lines.

I ended up doing this. Just keep a record of them and just enter on first machine visit to a field... not too taxing.

Hey guys. Had a conversation recently with somebody in the same boat, looking to streamline all the guidance stuff. Trimble have a free software available to anyone, lets you "see" the layout and functions but lets you store fields and boundaries. To get to more functions like vehicle/ fleet/ implement saving and all that jazz, you can apply for it to be unlocked. They are able to set up full synchronisation of boundaries/ tasks and a-b lines between laptop/ phone etc and even between the displays themselves. Worth a gander: Farmer Starter - Trimble Agriculture

The free version of NextFarming wayline converter seems to be much more capable compared to the Trimble free version. I would not dare to ask how much it would cost to be able to support a few other brands in addition to Trimble. I'm sure I'd prefer the manual approach.

The free Trimble tool did not accept my Trimble format fields but did accept those from AGCO. Only had to import one field at a time, fix the name, client and farm fields manually after importing etc. Probably works fine between different Trimble screens but people here seem to be after a platform for multiple brands. Of course the tool would appear easier to use after some practise that I did not have.

Does that include support for all non-Trimble devices or do you have to pay extra for JD/Fendt/Claas etc?
"Import/export or use third-party APIs to get data to/from precision farming displays".

Still expensive for me but much less than I expected.
There are API functions in there, it is dependant on what the other manufacturers allow you to pull from their systems. Support wise, it is based on file type, so when you import you can import .xxx or .xxx. It will then bring them in and overlay them on the fields etc. Sure they do demonstrations if you wanted to have a play with it.
Price is not bad, compared to others, there are a host of other things in there
