Energy gels, but make sure they are the liquid ones, just like fruit juice, one every half hr works for me not to sickly like the jelly sticky types.

I think you have to transfer from the crane app to Strava, just done a quick search and can't find out how.I’ve got my Aldi sensor thing to give my speed and distance etc. It uses the crane app, can this be linked directly to strava? It’s not the most user friendly to figure it all out
