I wasn’t sure how popular that would be  :ROFLMAO: He was pretty keen on a wooden one so I found this, not too expensive if it doesn’t fit!

60km yesterday. Started using clip in pedals a few weeks back and had one at the wrong angle (foot not straight) and tweaked a muscle in my knee.
Now can go quickly and comfortably for 30km no problem but beyond that the pain In my knee comes back. Is it likely it still isn’t set up right or a case of too much too soon.

Would take it to a bike shop for them to check out but hesitant in current climate

I’m only a beginner so not a clue to your answer but I just wanted to say well done (y) I got clip ins, practised loads on my turbo and then when I did go out, fell off 3 times, broke my bike and then had to leave it in a hedge and run home:meh::facepalm::ROFLMAO:

I wouldn’t like to suggest something that could make you worse. I think a proper bike fit when things are getting better may help get everything right for you.

Just needs some cut into plastic retangular strips cut of the old fairy liquid squezee bottle and taped on the back wheel arm opposite side of the cog ...to flap against the wheel spokes for a motor bike sound  , that's what we used to do anyway...

I'll get my coat (y)
