What do you all use to keep feet warm/dry whilst riding in winter? Long ride today but feet were uncomfortable within half an hour. Thanks

Neoprene overshoes are great value. Combined with thermal socks on sub 5*C days. They don’t keep water out but wet feet stay relatively warm in them. There probably are even warmer options but I don’t go out in sub zero temperatures as I am too old for cycling on ice.

These were a gamechanger. Got them when I was off road riding through the winter but now use them on commuting, anything below 10deg or when there's puddles around. They're very very comfortable and waterproof after some very wet off road rides in Wales where they're almost constantly being sprayed or splashed. One of those "how have I done without these for so long" things, definitely worth the money.
Not much "rapha factor" with them but I stopped worrying about that a while ago!

Nothing worse than having cold feet and hands whilst out pedaling in the winter.
When the temps are zero or below I wear a thin pair of socks then wrap my feet in cling film, then put on a pair of merino wool socks.
I wear Northwave Arctic GTX boots in the winter and have never had issues with cold feet.
Hands and fingers are a different matter. Wear a decent pair of winter, cycling specific gloves. I always carry a pack of charcoal hand warmers just in case my fingers freeze, you can get them for your feet too!

Can't believe on a forum for farmers people are asking what to use to keep feet warm/dry........plastic bags obviously. A pair of thin socks, plastic bag, then another pair of thin socks.
