I have trained on one of those awful machines in the past and it took me a while to get to below 20:00 for 5K.

I just joined the running group, I’m training for London marathon, doing about 25-30 miles/week last three months, really look forward to my long runs, intervals and hill training not so much lol!

Glass half full. How did the marathon go for you?

Does anybody else have a place in Ride London? Hows the training going?
Mine has been a little intermittent recently, farming has just got in the way recently. I have clocked up a few miles on Zwift in the evenings, just need to get a few more longer rides in. If all goes well I am doing a 50 mile sportive next weekend.
