Operator must be to blame for a machine to fall to bits spreading straw?! Had a teagle 8100 for 3 years now and only broken one shear bolt this year with some real sh** straw. Not saying it’s better than other makes but had no reason not to buy it. And it’s british!!;)
We had a 8100 as well, the first 3 years were great but the next 3 were not so good to say the least. We know have a Mchale which is a totally different beast.

What’s the difference?
I’m in year 2 of using a teagle 8100. Never put a foot wrong, and I use it for straw and fairly wet misshapen silage bales. Blue tooth connection is simple too!

Basically build, it’s a lot heavier machine with higher output. The speed the Mchale puts silage out would block the teagle no question. Only time will tell about longevity
