Can't understand how he was able to listen to a bit of Lionel too without bursting into song.Fair play to that man, that for sure is a piece that got a lot of love in the making but, an it may only be me but I see one or two creases in his batman style design,
If I went to that much trouble I'd of put covers on the bearing ends of the roller like what I'd be on a baler roller to stop crop from wrapping round it because it will.
I'd hate to be looking for something in the middle of the tool chest, a top door would of been nice even if there was net there.

Strange man..
No issue getting over 40ft swaths here. Running 520/85/38 tyres which helps. In order to be able to get the tractor over 30 foot of straw to bale it, it needs a front roller press making.
The current idea is to use a roller from a fixed chamber baler (I have a broken roller in the shed).
Will it be big enough diameter to roll freely, and will it be wide enough?
It'll be mounted on the front end loader (tractor doesn't have front links), so the roller will be held at a fixed height.
Daft idea, or anybody think it will work?
Much spring barley? The straws really long here and not breaking up through rotaries like it normally does. Massive crops of straw too, doing 4 hesstons to the acre.No issue getting over 40ft swaths here. Running 520/85/38 tyres which helps.
Yeah plenty straw but TM155 just glides over it no bother. Other lesser tractors are available!Much spring barley? The straws really long here and not breaking up through rotaries like it normally does. Massive crops of straw too, doing 4 hesstons to the acre.
