That was fun Amy. You might consider on your consent form that many farmers are tenants, not owners.
I see half of your farmers are girls again...always fun to see how other see us.

Anyway done, and I hope it helps your student on his way

Thanks to all who have taken part thus far, we just need a few more and we will have our sample! We are particularly keen to recruit a few more farm workers and contractors at this stage. Thanks for all the help!

Done. Made me realise that nothing relieves stress quite like the removal of the thing or issue causing the stress. If somebody had a nail stuck in their foot you wouldn't just keep giving them painkillers you would get the nail out to allow the wound to heal.

So often with mental health you see somebody grappling with something that is overwhelming them or running them down and everybody says they need counselling or to see a psychologist or do some yoga or something. Well, maybe, but number one priority could be to stop doing whatever it is that causes the stress or make changes to your life to reduce the stress.

You see it with unhappy marriages in particular. Counselling, relate and all that. No, get divorced.

You see it with rubbish jobs with rubbish employers that don't value people and overload them. Go work somewhere else.

You see it with farmers battling on against the odds. Sell the bloody place, let it or whatever.

No amount of therapy or medication compensates for not taking decisive action to resolve things that are a more or less permanent PITA.

There is nothing wrong with taking the easier route. Nothing wrong at all.
you missed the biggest killer , peer pressure . when people tell people to borrow money to make them selfs rich , knowing the land can not repay the loan from farming , chopping it up for the banks will repay the loan
