Yes quite a few times
What you are describing are fear and control issues, no one on this forum can cure you of this. You need to seek professional help for this condition, start with your doctor, they will refer you to the appropriate professionals with years of experience in this area. The first fear you need to overcome is accepting this and getting in contact with your doctor.

I find going out mid afternoon, having something to eat a few beers and be back home for 6pm can be far more relaxing than going out at 8pm especially if I have jobs to do the next day.

My couple friends either work during day so usually have to visit at night. And if I go to them on a day off I feel bad for not being home

@will6910 why not join us over on the dating thread!! (if you want that is)
There's not much dating going on, so you'll not be having to leave the place to meet someone, but the banter is top quality!
Take your mind off of some of your worries by thinking of a few witty put downs to send to others. I find that my mood has lifted a lot recently, I wasn't down, but all I was thinking about was work, I'm finding the work happens while Im trying to think of something funny to say.... I get a lot done between messages...

If you feel bad for not been at home when you go out mentally list 10 good jobs you have completed at home in previous few weeks. Then say to yourself them jobs are done now it's time to relax for a few hours, tommorrow i am going to do ???? But for the moment iam going to have a good chat to my mates and find out what they have been upto and before I go Iam going to arrange another meet up and by that time I will have achieved a number of other jobs at home.

Going to start writing job list down on notebook on phone for each dad and see how many I can get done more each day

Seemingly in cases of social anxiety or suspected

So the Omagh Health Centre should be able to speak to you on the phone, or contact you in way that is easy for, less stressful for you etc

"Getting help
If you think you may have social anxiety disorder, you should try to see your GP for help.

Your GP should make it as easy as possible for you to have a consultation with them. For example, they may offer you an assessment over the phone if it's easier, or they may give you an appointment when the surgery is less busy – for example, before or after normal hours.

If your anxiety is severe, or you'd like your child to be assessed, your GP may be able to visit you at home. "

I think if you read his posts it sounds as if he's suffering from some fear/depression issues, best not to be too gung ho with your reply's.
I'm not in the least trying to put him down but iv offered jobs and help a lot to try and help him. I'm quite a fun person to be around and I be in his area at least twice a week so he could come with me for a run anytime.
