It doesn't have to be new but could the collective please suggest where I could get unbraked stub axles and wheels that can fit on an 80mm x 80mm box section and without encroaching in to the pen area like these, please:

Beast could easily go down due to jostling, tripping, uneven road surface, etc etc. Wouldn't be guaranteed to see one on its side at the back getting the hide sandpapered off it.

Mainly it will be mobile to various grazing locations and I'd trailer animals away if needed. Mobile catching pen to save me erecting and then moving my existing system. My version would have a yoke and calving gate in it (many of my cattle live out year round). I can also see it would be useful to walk two or three haltered animals for show training etc. I think this would also be a safer way to move cattle 1/3 mile from my home barn to the parks in the village and would probably have someone following on the quad or walking behind to avoid some of the concerns listed above

No, its not just you. But there are a lot of us that appreciate that in the execution of this operation there will be a lot of variables and the biggest one will be on the seat of the tractor. In a stock situation it is very common for the least skilled stockperson to be relegated to the tractor seat to keep them out of the way.

In my case I am not only the least skilled stockperson, I am also the least skilled mechanic. In fact I'm the only one available at any time

Agri -linc website has prices for stub axles from 50 mm dia,to 80mm dia, also rims and tyres.

@JP1 has a case tractor that probably would only reach half that speed.
Really looks a useful idea for mobile cattle handling in the right situation and should be added onto the small productivity grant scheme but would probably double in price but it definitely would help for handling cattle safely

I didn't know if the stub axles with about a 250mm face depended on the full weight bearing length for the weight rating. You can tell I'm a stockman. I won't make a hook for a grease gun either
