We're not even out of January yet and, anyway, he's a politician. You've your own over there, so surely you know that unless they have to be made, they save up the best announcements to: a) distract and b) garner votes. No need for distractions at the moment and no elections for some time.

All we have is intent at this stage - the clarity will come as time goes on. As Sturgeon said, we need to follow the data and not the dates. They both gave us a bit of hope, but that’s all at this stage.
