Sudden death of week old lamb

Picked up a lamb today that was badly bloated and was unable to stand up. After a few minutes of travelling on the quad lots of muddy looking fluid started to poor out of it’s nose and mouth. It then fitted and died.

I opened it up when I got to the yard and the fluid was coming from the stomach, about 2 litres I would say. The liver was more of a burnt orange colour than a healthy purple. Some of the organs had like a pink discolouration around them. The pink stuff doesn’t show up very well on the photos.

I’ve never seen anything like it before and wondered if anyone could shed any light on it
