The court allegedly justified its ruling as follows:

The side effects of the experimental vaccine are published and the deceased could not claim to have known nothing about it when he voluntarily took the vaccine. There is no law or mandate in France that compelled him to be vaccinated. Hence his death is essentially suicide.

The court had this to say:

The court recognizes the classification of the insurer who, in view of the announced side effects, including death, legally regards participation in the phase three experiment, whose proven harmlessness is not given, as voluntarily taking a fatal risk that is not covered by the contract and legally recognized as suicide. The family has appealed. However, the insurer’s defense is recognized as well-founded and contractually justified, as this publicly known fatal risk is legally considered suicide, since the customer has been notified and has agreed to voluntarily take the risk of death without being obliged or compelled to do so.

Whats incredible is that President Macron recently stated he wanted to p**s off the unvaxxed and in some cases force them to be jabbed with job related mandates! So will he then be guilty of assisting french companies in suiciding they're employees by way of mandating vaccines for certain professions?

Quite clearly Life Assurance companies cannot afford too pay out for the fast growing number of vaccine triggered deaths, especially blood and heart related. As ever Insurance companies will find a way not too pay up and voluntary suicide looks like the route they're going down.

Of course they would - plenty would love a story like this. Any chance to stick one in to the French, the Insurance Industry, the Government. They don’t tend to go without proof though, so silly conspiracy stories like 5G implants get (rightly) ignored or laughed off the table.

The author of this article doesn't really understand what his looking at. The fact that N antibody levels appear to be lower in individuals who acquire infection following 2 doses of vaccination is what you would expect as they will have had a milder infection.
