Suitability of cement stabilisation

I am toying with the idea of installing either a shed, or a cement stabilised base with concrete panel walling and a domed plastic roofing system which would be cheaper I think, for storing dryed biomass on a site.
Will cement stabilisation be hard wearing enough for a loader bucket travelling along it every day or would it wear out far faster than a traditional concrete floor/
Any advice appreciated.
