Sulky DPX 1204 12/28 Fert Spinner

Just acquired a Sulky 1204 fert spinner 2nd hand and looking for some advice on setting up for 12m spread and fert settings
Any members with experience I would be grateful for a little help

On the Sulky website there's a fertitest app or calculator which usually isn't far out from actual spreading rates, I'd say it's usually + or - one notch on the flow setting lever. It's worth reading through your manual carefully if you have one and trying to understand it fully especially the calibration bit. I do a standing calibration which takes about 5 minutes and gives peace of mind when spreading, it's not got weigh cells but it's quite accurate

Might you need a different set of vanes for 12m. Think they do 12-18m, and 18-24m.
