Hi,
I own a sulky fert spreader, (dpx 70years) and as just wondering if anyone has any settings for 25.5.5 + SO3 as I've checked the book and online and there arent any settings for that type of fertiliser. It's just for grass so as long as I'm near enough but I'd like a starting point.
Regards

If someone can put a sample in the granulometer and take a photo of the result. I can then give you the settings. That is the best be most accurate way rather than guessing. I will also need the density so please weigh 1 litre too.
kind regards

Hi, I dont have a granulometer to hand, and with the current situation I'm not sure I can get one easily. I can weigh it though if it helps? Thanks for the reply.

........£84 for 2 agitator tines and 4 bolts :woot:(kit no.18 in pic)

Yeah, I know the bolts look like they'll be stainless steel but, even so, WTF???

The tines must be made of kryptonite :banghead::inpain:

Weighing it will help a little. But unless we know the granular make up then it’s impossible to give you advice. It’s like throwing a ball bearing and a tennis ball together. They will travel at different speeds thus different distances.
we can get most parts within a day or so unless the borders close

Try pricing lever (kit 17)
Fortunately the metalastic bush is available separately, or was couple of years ago.
Did you try @green giant ?

Morning,

I've tried to get some info for the fertiliser 25.5.5 8so3 from my supplier, he said the density is Sg approx 1.008

Does that mean anything to you?

I wont blame you if they settings are not accurate, I just want a starting point. It's for a DPX 70 years.

Kind regards

Can that be done in English my french is pants .should of paid more attention to Mr Chapman the french teacher back in the day!

Click on “access to Fertitest”, then on the next screen which is primarily green, click on “creer un compte “ at the bottom. On the next screen, click on the little symbol on the top right of the screen with a “A” in it. This brings you a drop down menu for you to choose English.

The website should pick your up address and location ( not quite that simple! ) and put it in your native language. There is a bug where this doesn’t always happen though. If anyone is struggling. Please call me , 01480 276127 option 1
