Brave, throwing it that far!We had this one set at 80ish cm chucking it 36m .
I’m pretty sure this machine is capable of 42m . Today with a slight breeze 36m was no bother ( nitram) we were traveling at 16k and could have gone a 10k faster if we wanted . At 16k and 36m we could cover a lot of ground very quickly so fitting around the weather is not so much of an issue.Brave, throwing it that far!
Could you spread if any wind at all?

So is all the hype about saving fert correct or does it just put it where needed

Why do you think that ? I thought the build quality and design was pretty good .They’re a fair bit cheaper than an equivalent KRM, imo for good reason. Not helpful sorry but just my comments

Do you know how section control work on krm?
I’m not 100% sure but I believe it works on a double double overlap. My understanding of it stops there and I believe it to be witchcraft
Ok, Reco were the former importer for Sulky products in the UK. This ended in 2016 when Richard Ruston decided to close his business. After this, Sulky UK was formed. We are a subsidiary of the factory and supply and support all of our products through our dealer network. We are also available to visit each machine directly if needed. Please feel free to call me on 01778 230020, option 7 if you have any questions.

I know someone that had 2 of the older type ones (2010/2013?) they had some problems with them and when I narrowed it down to a new KV Geospread or Sulky x40 he said on his experience on the previous model range to the x40 he said he would go KV Geospread, insanely accurate spreader, could do 25kph with 350kg/ha going out no problem, I remember spreading 600acre at 350kg/ha and i had 20kg left over more than I should have, some fields were that badly shaped that the previous machine I had was a 24m Amazon’s ultra something with auto shutoff with only left/right shutters and I would use 15% more product due to field shapes. Like many others on here I couldn’t rate the KV Geospread highly enough, I also know a few people using them at 36m.Why do you think that ? I thought the build quality and design was pretty good .
