Yes where them whenever it’s bright, my eyes suffer if it’s really bright.
Pair of Oakleys in my tractor, brand doesn’t matter to me but tried them and they were SO comfy. A couple of pairs of cheap ones in my car, other tractors etc.
I always buy polarised, and it may sound snall but if you use face ID on your phone check it works when wearing them. Sounds small but very annoying.
Couple of pairs of Ray bans one left in car all the time.
Bought 7 pairs off Amazon for 99p each last year plus postage use them here there and anywhere not worried about damaging them
Optician told me you should wear them a lot to protect your eyes from uv rays
3 years ago I had cataracts in both eyes it almost cost me my driving licence. At 47 I was exceptionally young to have the operation. My consultant said that spending lots of time outside without uv protection almost certainly did not help. His advice was to use sunglasses lots. Hence my tag line on here
Now with plastic lenses (in my eyes) I wear prescription Nike glasses with fancy react to light lenses polarised. It is very rare they do not have a degree of shading when I am outside.
As for price you don’t want to know. But I can see and you only have 1 pair of eyes.
Always wear poloroid sunglasses when driving to stop road glare. Makes a very big difference can really tell when I forget as my eyes get so tired on long journeys without them.
Dewalt smoked safety glasses here cheap enough to have a pair in everything when on special offer in Screwfix. Also handy to have around for that 2 second grinder job that wouldn’t warrant either nipping back to the shed for goggles or pulling the landy apart trying to find that scratched up pair I remembered seeing in the boot 3 year back

Reasonably cheap n cheerful - they generally start off as a new pair for a holiday before being demoted to the car, then the tractor or sheep pens. I like them cos they fit fairly close to your face so you don’t get light coming in from the top and sides and reflecting - I find that really annoying! Also they give good UV protection.
I wear spectacles most days for work - I think these provide some UV protection. When I do wear contacts I wear sunglasses a lot. A pair in each vehicle. Oakleys, Swiss, Bloc, Animal. Usually coloured lenses and always polarised.
