Suzuki King quad clutch

I had a 300 king quad did this 13 years ago.

Sadly, I bought through my local garage who had just lost the Suzuki Dealership. They got the bike for me from another dealer. I put 2 clutches in it, in 3 years. I wanted warranty for the first one - which started slipping at 6 months old. I never got anywhere with it :(

You're the first other I've ever heard of.

Is it filled with the correct oil?
Think it needs JASO MA for a wet clutch.
My 10 year old Kingquad clutch slipped when it had been filled with tractor engine oil but an oil change cured it.

Think it’s very common with Suzuki’s. My opinion is they are too high geared in first compared to a Honda so stressing clutch too much especially if towing . We had an eiger 400 few years ago and had clutches in it then got stung on value when traded it in for Honda. Never again

Had an Eiger and the 300. Eiger never had an issue but the 300 did. 300 was far lower geared and I was guilty of towing 5-600kgs in Hi box with both... both stood upto it better than the Honda's :banghead:
