None here yet in Cambridgeshire. Last year they arrived on 8/4 so I hope any day now. Our barn accommodates at least three pairs.Report of swallows being seen locally, if true it is quite early.
Nobody else spotted them yet?
It very often snows the day after they arrive and nearly always cold weather comes with them.You lot must have a tropical micro climate.
Interesting, we're a bit further south than you at Stafford but our local bird spotter says they always come here between 11th and 13th and sure enough saw first one last night.
