Apologies if it been covered already but it seems now we as a business have the option to switch suppliers. Currently Severn Trent which is now Water Plus. I think we have been paying circa 1.55 a cube which dropped when it changed to Water plus looking at our latest bill.

Perversely it looks like Thames Water would be cheaper..

Anyone actually switched?

I am just looking at this atm.

We are also with Water Plus, paying 1.46 unit and 47.88 standing charge.
Just been quoted 1.39 unit and 6.07 standing charge by Everflow?
Wanting to sign us up for 3 years...is that wise?
They tell me the water prices will be going up or is it a ploy to get me signed up.

Its a small saving, but I've had problems paying Water Plus online/telephone automated and you can't speak to anyone, left listening to music for over 15 mins each time:mad: sent a good old cheque in the end:)

They offered me a 3% discount for a 1 yr. I just pay them from Internet bank using account no and account ref. Some are as low as 1.23 a cube. Word is prices should be coming down as competition increases lol

You will notice they been hiking prices over last year so they can offer 'discounts'.

Think I'll take the 3% which is nearly 6% with inflation and see where we are next year.
