I assume that will be his justification however the wheats are spotless (see what I did there) I’d assume the truth would be because myresa priaxor was out of stock at the end of last week and that was his choice last year

Or it could be that like most of the trade he's seen wheat prices and has thought "right then, how can we extract as much as possible out of the farmer" but it's ok because prices are good and the farmer has already invested in expensive fert and he needs to protect his investment and expensive fungicides are justified with the high grain prices blah blah blah.
