Doing some today. CTL with either EPZ or low rate SDHI triazole mix, variety dependant. Having to use 1.5l CTL so that I have none left, will also do T1.5 of CTL if it looks like flag later than 20th.

Is anyone using ccc?
Yes
Split dose
Safe on the crop, cheap.
Do you know what the weather is going to do in 3 weeks? No, nor do I, and I can't take the risk with milling wheat, and crops look okay after 12mm last week end.
All N and PGR and T1 done by tonight before the rain tomorrow, and probably every day for the next 6 weeks.

I have a feeling that a lot of T2 CTL will be recorded as going on on the 20th Or before ?
Better use it than have a disposal problem, which is not good from any angle.

I have used it as a T1.5 before, as we were going through anyway with Mn,Mg and starane probably.
Its like T0 - an insurance against bad weather at the correct timing of the next important spray.

I did my T1 (well more T0+) with my Hatra on Friday.
I’ve only got 50 acres of winter wheat and no CTL. Crops looked clean so I put on 0.8l/ha Adexar.
Think that should give me cover until T2.
Looking at a 2 spray program this year

Had to stop my T1 plus ccc as later drilled crops weren’t ready.

Are you not worried that you haven’t fully covered leaf 3?

Yes, on all wheat. 0.1 Moddus too on some lush Siskin that will be harvested late August and isn't known for standing well.

Late sown cereals, especially winter barley and winter oats will put on lots of lush growth if they get decent rainfall forecast this week. CCC is around £1.28/litre for generic. As above, it's cheap insurance.

How much n are your crops sat on? Mine are on 180kg with the balance due next week additional 40kg. T1 due at the weekend..... been recommended a sdhi however planning on epoxi and ctl

Connundrum: decided to do fert instead of finishing off T1 on Monday before rain. Possibly now thinking this was a mistake. Going to switch to Ascra rather than epoxi. Next definite available window is Friday which will be 4 days after the first rain. Do in stead go now onto leaves that are still quite wet and reduce the time the disease has to progress? I know the leafshield technology is rainfast very quickly, but how good is it going onto wet leaves?
