Taarup Disc Mower Repair

Last year using our Taarup TS1650 mower it seized so had to finish silage with the old fahr drum mower. Disc 4 has got some movement in it, disc 3 is completely solid and won’t budge and discs 1 and 2 move a little bit and one moves the other as well.
Starting to look at the mower to see if it’s salvageable or not but lot of the bolts to split the cutter bar etc are very rusted.
Wondering if anyone can shed light on how easy these mowers are to split and work on or if it’s not worth it.
Advice much appreciated please. I do prefer using the disc mower as driving field to field it’s much lighter on the back of our Massey 135 but the fahr mower is still just about useable!
