Had this email 10 times in the last week. Looks like spam as its come from several different email accounts. I have not clicked on anything in it.

Phone them or email them to see if it is genuine.

Far better email solution IMO
Get yourself a web domain. eg fergietowers.co.uk
I use " 123 reg " there are loads of options.
You don`t need bother with a web site, (unless you realy want one )
With that you can create numerous email addresses eg. Tom @fergietowers.co.uk etc etc
Over a few months you can get all your contacts onto the new one then dump talk 21

Or just swap to gmail and have access to drive, docs, sheets, slides, forms and photo storage!!! I hardly use my talk21 now but still have access to it via btinternet.21.

Just my opinion, If I`m dealing with a company I`m not familier with & they are useing gmail, hotmail etc type of email address for business email it does raise a question in my head about that company. Much better to have email addresses through a domain name.
What do others think ?

Similarly, folks that don't advertise a landline number.
