Tanco mini wrapper 404eh

Hi

I have recently acquired one of these mini wrappers, its not exactly a tanco one, its the red and yellow one before tanco took them on, but the same principle is the same i guess. Well its taken most of the week to get it working as it didn't come with the control box, so once that arrived and plugged in nothing really worked, luckily my dad has managed to get it all up and running apart one thing. The knife/wrap holder ram. It has an accumulator to make it work and we have followed the book and how to pressure it but it still wont open to catch the wrap. So my dad tried air rather than oil in the system and it works for a few bales then wont open again, as guess the air has escaped. Was just wondering if anyone had the same issue or pics to help see if we have the right system as looking on tinterweb the newer ones have a different accumulator to the red one mounted on the main frame, not on the cutting arm.

That looks like a cap on the accumulator for recharging... where are you putting the air?? 🤔
Yes dad said he put some adaptor on as it usually has a cap on end but he not swooped it back yet. He put air in that end or the other end i think by taking a oil pipe off. Only last few bales before runs out. The manual doesn't say anything about gas, just oil.

right please be careful as you dont know what your doing with pressure
Take all the sh!t off in the blue circle as that's hydraulic side oil only
Inside the red circle should be a valve to connect a nitrogen charger kit
