Tank slapped drilling on RTX?

They are but you'll not beat them for a lot of things
Tracks. The only thing I can think of where duals cannot be improved on are dual rowcrops on a trailed beet harvester. Awkward to put fronts on, dangerous to put rears on, scratch your rims, double your puncture risk, add weight to your outfit, too wide on the road, dubious legality on the road, hard to steer on hard surfaces, fill up with mud when it’s wet, storing/stacking them…nooooo thank-you.

I'm having the same issue at the moment (or rather, I will be when it dries up again), big front press and combi. Playing about with the speeds and aggressiveness can tune it out but soil type seems to be a factor too. Trouble there is the soil types change from one of the field to the other. I would check that the press is running straight and all the joints are lubricated. My press is a home built affair (not me) and I'm not entirely happy with the steering on it.

Hmm tyres are too narrow and about buggered, I know it won’t be helping and is something I’m looking into going forwards.
may even have a change of drill and ditch the front press which I think is the root cause of the issue.

We've had the same problem, in our case it was a lack of front end grip.

Lets look at the evidence:
You're dragging a 4m wide anchor as well as pushing a press.
The GPS is fighting the press, evidently.
Your buggered tyres aren't helping, you need new ones.
Until then, lift the press slightly to put more weight on the front axle to give the tyres some bite.
Also look at the top link position to see if it 'draws a line' through the front axle, there might be a bit of a weight transfer issue if you're carrying the drill slightly while drilling. If you lower the lift arms a tiny bit does the front end drop?

Drill i let it run on power Harrow packer with linkage set to go right down.

tyres do have a bit of tread but are only 420 fronts 520 rears. Tractor is only a SWB new Holland T7 so not the biggest either

Try to illimate things. First is to lift front press out of work. If that cures issue ( i think it will) then you can work on settings (will need different ones per machine) when you are time limited.

Lifting front press cures the issue I’ve since found.

currently on with sorting some taller/wider tyres as well
