Wouldn't know the reason.. but DEFRA are quite making sure these disinfectants are fit for purpose!!Do you know why? @Jezza@YourService. Thanks
Can’t see no reference online- do you have a link? Thanks.
The only reference I can suggest.... is to go onto the DEFRA website.... and you'll see it there!!Can’t see no reference online- do you have a link? Thanks.

Thanks @Jezza@YourService for highlighting. The only reference I can find is here:
You think with Fam30 being a rather popular disinfectant any changes would have had more publicity.
Thanks.. its probably just the case of FAM30 needing to be relicensed (it happens), couple months and it'll be sorted! Thanks @Jezza@YourService for highlighting.
True! The only reference I can find is here:

Thanks. Good thing I didn't bin it!FAM30 is back on the Defra Approved Disinfectants List but the Tb dilution rate has changed. It's no longer 1:20 (as will be stated on any cans already in stock on farms) but is now 1:14, making the maths harder and also the opportunity to complete the BT5 C&D form incorrectly a lot easier too....
Some other products (Novagen FP for example) remain suspended so do check the web page before ordering for Tb C&D.
I don't think anything has changed regarding formulation etc, however I'm basing this very much on an assumption that if something was fundamentally wrong we'd have all heard about it by now! I'm still using our existing supply, just very mindful of the changed dilution rate now..Thanks. Good thing I didn't bin it!
