From reading the report in your link (https://www.farminguk.com/News/Farm...-in-NI-to-be-convicted-of-TB-fraud_50399.html ) it was all connected to the TB case, as far as I can see.He was done for countless offences if you read the report. Not just TB
Where were the nfu to put the record straight? From reading the report in your link (https://www.farminguk.com/News/Farm...-in-NI-to-be-convicted-of-TB-fraud_50399.html ) it was all connected to the TB case, as far as I can see.
The shocking thing is (apart from them actually wanting to fake TB) was the paltry fines - £200 for one and £450 for the other.
The introduction to the feature on Countryfile was, IMHO, the worst piece of biased, misleading journalism by the BBC I've seen. Anyone, not from out industry, hearing that will think TB fraud is rife - I may be wrong but this is the only case I can find by searching on the internet. The BBC continue to lose credibility, daily.
It's to be hoped that someone can take up the Owen's case and get some justice for them.
Sorry missed that ..I never mentioned the owen family .he was found d not guilty and his life was ruined by it all
Did you not see the start .it was about the guy in Northern Ireland
