TB Query

My SiL has just been in touch with a TB query and I thought someone will have the definitive answer, without wading through the APHA phone system!

She took delivery of some cattle 3 weeks ago, whoe were TB tested, just prior to the Movement Off. As a result of a medical issue that has just cropped up, she now wants shot of them, as there is a concern about their care and management going forward.

Can she move them Off under the same test that was used for the On movement, obiously within the 60 days period? I certainly used to do this with a loan Bull, who would move Off here, and then had to be moved back On, within the 60 days

I can go to as many shows as I like within the 60days. I don't need a separate test for each show. Not sure how change of ownership affects this though

What tb testing area did they come from and what's your sisters Tb6m tb1 or tb4 unfortunately are all different rules?

Knowing the history, came from 6monthly area, moved to annual test area.

Cheers, I have found her the APHA number, and pointed her in that direction

Cattle need to have had a clear test within 60 days of moving. I don't believe it matters how many times they move in that time.

That's correct but moving Tb6m to tb1 I'm not so sure. I have to pmt all Tb6m cattle that move on 60-120 days after movement irrespective of the previous test.
