I’ve seen it done by two different hunts. No, I don’t have pictures or videos, actually it was before the days of having a phone with a built in camera
I’ve seen one or two people doing drugs doesn’t mean the whole country is. just to add I don’t condone or condemn hunting personally I don’t care what other people get up to it doesn’t impact my life so why worry about it

exactly, I never had an opinion (although was obviously pretty dis-chuffed when they were riding through my leeks)
I was mearly answering your question.
As a point on statistics though; the fact you have seen one or two doing drugs, do you not think that implies it is pretty widespread -
Or that you live in the only place in the world where folk take drugs?

In contrast to this. My neighbour is somewhat of a horse whisperer. She has been ( I’ve seen with my one eyes) to unruly and dangerous horses. Within 30 mins they are doing. Exactly what she says . She uses nothing other then words and body language. Like all things in life. Everything and every situation is different. Physical discipline saint always needs not does it always work

The thing with body language is that it can be incredibly strong (I once went to one of Monty Roberts's demonstrations, and could see that clearly). That's why I wonder what the sabs were up to near the horsebox, even if they didn't understand what they were "saying".

Of course it’s widespread prob a bad analogy to use in this case 🤦🏻

Completely agree but in todays woke society I’d rather walk away from anything like that with my reputation intact than flip a youngster over on its back, and then when it gets caught on cctv I get struck off!
Just shows how daft she is to lose her rag like that in front of everybody.

You wanna be careful flipping youngster on to their backs, Prince Andrew is apparently looking to be done for that...

I remember doing a health and safety audit with a builder in Aberystwyth, and he told me, all the boys from Aber were shocked when they were working on a large site in Carmarthen, to see the scaffolders openly taking drugs on site. So I think drug use is far more widespread than those of us who don't mix in those circles realise.

There was a series of facebook posts recently about a local dog, an old terrier. Apparently it got into a scrap with another dog and afterwards the other owner kicked the poor little thing so hard it had to be taken to vet. It was diagnosed with internal bleeding and had to be put down.
Walking my pup on the lead last year and it was attaked by an off the lead labrador. A large part of me regrets not kicking the thing. I took it up with the owner after who did not give a sh!t.

I was once walking with a bedlington whippet (on lead), my 3yr old son and wife. A collie Stafford came hurtling across the park and started jumping into my boy's face, licking him.

I got between them and the dog started getting into the face of my dog. I shouted at the owner who didn't care, lazily walking across the park. I scruffed his dog and held it at arm's length. The lazy barsteward owner ran then.

He didn't care about my son being at risk of a bite, didn't care about the dog fight he nearly caused but was very upset and aggressive that I scruffed his dog. We had some cross words and he left.

On reflection I should have let my lurcher sort out the dog, then assisted with my knife. But hindsight is 20:20. I believe the same dog still causes aggro today.

An old farmer told me one day about a dog that had been worrying sheep and was just evil like it's owner. He laughed and told me how he sorted out the issue. He went for an evening stroll past the owners garden one night where the mutt barked and growelled at everybody that passed.
A quick lob of a cooked sausage stuffed with disprin sorted that one out!

When we had scaffolding erected l was told by their foreman that the qualifications you need to be a scaffolder is a tattoo and a prison record.

Way more widespread than we think. And a bit of Mary-Jane-Yuana is the very tail end of it.

I wonder who or what they think is going to benefit from that.
I'd say the woman has been punished enough and any further action against her would be the only cruelty involved. What she did was a mistake in many ways but the horse suffered no lasting damage and it was far from cruel. The teacher has become the victim rather than the horse.
