Teaser ram question

I've rams due to go in this week. Teasers are out with ewes at the moment. We're a bit pushed for time so I thought I'd get the views of wiser shepherd's than myself. What major problems would there be with chucking rams out with the teasers still in?

Or if you've a 2 year old teaser who's very keen and three very chunky rams he could get himself killed or more likely distract the rams from getting on with their business.

If you want your ewes pregnant, why have competing males out there with some of which are firing blanks. Ewes choose the ram they wish to mate with if given the opportunity. Opportunity depends on the number of ewes in oestrus (on heat) at any time. That is why some rams sire the majority of lambs in some flocks in group mating situations, not because he was the bully. An older teaser, or a ram of different breed, e.g. a terminal among rams of the same maternal breed as the ewes, emit stronger male pheromones thus attracting ewes to their harem.

The teaser could kill the newly introduced ram.
And as said above he could keep ewes away from the ram.
Best take the teaser out.
Can the teaser ram go back in with the flock at any point, or does he have to be kept separated until next year?

He can run with the rams or the ewes as soon as they’ve finished doing their job of getting ewes in lamb. Mine run with my dry hoggs most of the time.
All the males need to be well away from the ewes for at least a month next year, if you want to use the teaser effect again.

My two teasers are in with my ewe lambs and two huge pet wethers. They seem to look after the lambs and don't hassle them. The big teaser will also chase and butt anyone (except me as he's learnt his lesson) that comes into their field...don't know if that's good or bad...but there you go.
