Got northern dairy one about 18 months ago. Really good bit of kit. Cut cell counts and made milking routine easier to transfer between staff. One female member of team who milked very occasionally has stopped as it was too heavy

We had a good look at putting some in, as in theory the idea is perfect, i rang our dairy consultants and they said of 9 that they knew of, 8 had been taken out or not used now. Says it all really.

I seem to hear of more people that used to have them than still do. I was put off by the fact that we would have to buy the chemicals from manufacturer and it seemed expensive for what it is. And the chemical too.

Thrifty dipper have essentially a power washer wand prep device. Hasn’t been out too long. Looks a bit awkward

Had ours about a year and no complaints so far. Knocked 15 mins off milking which ends up about 180 hrs a year vaccuum
pumps are not using electric and I am not in the pit. Also I now have a right arm which if it had an anchor tattooed on it
could be mistaken for Popeyes.
