Teat spray

Can anyone recommend any teat spray products for good teat condition, been struggling this spring with our spring calvers out on grass day and night since February. Used progiene spraysheild hex in the past but it seems to not be working too well this year also getting quite a few E. coli mastitis cases. Used a standard iodine concentrate diluted with water and 10% glycerin in the past but this is a bit iffy with spray pattern/viscosity.
TIA

Ive used a chlorine dioxide based post spray pre dip for the last 3 years and got on well, but it’s expensive. Saying that last couple of months my cell count has been doing my head in on a large scale! So been considering changing myself!

Can you buy glycerine to mix in with a bog standard cheapo lactic acid dip?

Can't see a problem adding glycerin into lactic acid dips, mine has it in it anyway, when I added glycerin into my iodine dip I found it best to stir it once a week,I did consider fitting an old milk tank stirrer to the ibc.

Don't buy it off kiwikit it's near twice the price as eBay sellers.

You can't get a pre/post spray as the two products are totally different
Pre spray has to have a quick kill( normally 90 seconds) where the post spray needs to kill/last for a long time

You can get it but it costs a fair bit more. We’ve done a lot of work with swabbing tests at different points post application after a big bactoscan issue a couple years ago

Use FilmUtile from Ecolab £425/205litres but seems to work well and good coverage, easy to see who has been milk/who is late without even looking at computer. Had disasters with Kilco teat spray 2 years ago, wont use that crap again.

Which Kilco product and what was the problem?

I am using Kilco nanodual and seem to be getting on OK with it.
