Which Kilco product and what was the problem?

I am using Kilco nanodual and seem to be getting on OK with it.

Novodual, was a greeny blue chlorohexadine spray, we had a batch going through all the robots and kept causing the teat sprayer to block, was spring 16 and thought it was the cold weather causing it so persevered for couple of weeks eventually ringing our supplier who contacted kilco.

Turned out they had a dodgy batch and the dye wasn’t dissolving properly, they replaced the solenoids on the robots and a couple of crates a beer but in hindsight i should have been more serious and threatened legal action, SCC’s went berserk.

Was more annoyed that instead of contacting novodual users to track down the problem batch they just waiting for people to ring them.

We did use a Novadual which the first one was fine but the 2nd one was collected and returned because of the bad batch (our supplier phoned us up and told us not to use it) and have used Nanodual ever since.

Anyone tried Envirosytems new teat dip/spray? Can’t really fault the Blueguard teat spray I’ve been on for 7 years but just wondering if there’s a better product out there
