Verdesian Life Sciences Europe Limited is the European subsidiary of a large US multi-national focussed on the acquisition, development and commercialisation of novel plant stimulants. The Company operates throughout Europe fulfilling Development, Registration, Logistics and Sales with support from the US headquarters for Research, Registration, Supply Chain, Financial, Legal and Personnel functions. To join the Product Development & Regulatory department in the UK, they require an experienced:


Technology Development Manager


Reporting to and working closely with the General Manager, Europe, the roles main responsibility is to generate, interpret and communicate internal and external research and trials data in support of registration submissions and products claims throughout Europe. Providing strategic advice to Verdesian Europe and US management throughout the development of a new product, and planning and developing all product trials both regulatory and commercial ensuring agreed trial protocols are adhered to and results are collated/ analysed are both key parts to this role.


Educated to degree level in an agricultural or scientific discipline you will have at least five years’ management experience working within the Ag sector. Naturally you will be customer focused, able to demonstrate strong negotiation and analytical skills, be an independent thinker and have a high level of integrity and professionalism.
