Taylor attachments do a 3 point link attachment that you can mount a traditional 3PL scraper on the front of a telehandler. Looked quite handy in the video I seen.

https://www.albutt.com/product/yard-scrapers/ I ahve one of these, not hydraulically adjustable, but can move the wings easily on a pin and hole system, not cheap but well built and works.
Not had that problem here, had three now in the last decade and the newer two are heavier built.
Does two hours every day and will take all the stick we can throw at it inc. Sand bedding, scraping mud off hardcore tracks and muck off rough concrete.
Have always welded my own brackets on and I make sure they're beefed up.
Recently replaced scraper tractor with smaller size telehandler. Took an old Moulton scraper that I had with a rusted frame, chopped off the a frame, turned the frame the opposite way around and welded on, then added some scaffold tube to the top so that it attaches to the q-fit headstock the same way as pallet forks do.
Yard isn't level all over, and slopes sideways into the slurry pit, so by being attached the same way as pallet forks it has enough play to work at a slight angle.

No problem with ours either, mines only a 6 foot on a skid steer but there's loads of metal in the scraper frame.
What's yours on an what width? I've recently bought an old 520-50 and I'm not sure what to go for a box or tyre scraper
Had an 8 foot for the Matbro.
Then bought a 7 foot when I got the 520, so I could get in the cubicle passages... World of difference over a twose on the fergie, especially in summer for clearing stiff sh*t and sand bedding.
I'd go for a tyre scraper, never had a box (my concrete yards are too rough) but they're pretty indestructible and you can get some great downward pressure (e.g. for cleaning a silage clamp floor).
