Hi all, has anyone had any dealings with a EX321 form from the gov website, we have a county court judgement against an ex house tenant who did not pay his rent, the letter was returned to sender saying "gone away" gov.uk help desk said I have to use a ex321 form to apply to claim the money but not sure on the process ? any one done this before ?
